Look, I did say I get it if someone is grossed out by it. Or just call it turned off. And obviously if it’s dirty. But I would say the same for daty or bbbj. If it’s dirty and/or smells, no bueno. But if it is squeaky clean and your only concern is getting a disease, and that’s your only reason, well that’s just not really understanding the situation.

I did just peruse the CDC website on travel to Mexico. It is pretty detailed as to what to avoid eating there. I,  as an American citizen, am quite shocked it did not mention to avoid eating the ass of a 500 peso red light district Tijuana sex worker. Frickin US government screwing us over, AGAIN!!!

When I visited a friend in Mexico City many years ago I was warned about ice in drinks. People told me to avoid water or anything made with water, like tea but a lot of people forget about ice in cold drinks. I always made sure to ask for my drinks "sin hielo".

I had a girlfriend with a stomach of steel. In Mexico she drank the water, ate the street food, no issues whatsoever. I, on the other hand, am super sensitive and despite following all the caution rules , still know that a Mexican brand of Imodium is called Dilostop from personal experience. :(

On my first visit to Cabo San Lucas in 1982, I too was made aware of all the warnings and heeded them.  I even brushed my teeth with beer.  I still managed to get the Hershey squirts.  Ugh.  One early morning around 6a.m. I was walking along the beach to get fresh air.  As I was walking back to my room, I went behind the hotel and saw a man filling up the bottles of water from a garden hose.  Oh boy, you just can't escape it!  lol
