I sympathize with your situation because this kind of things happened to me before in the past 4 years. And I remained silent and did not post about these flaky ladies.
I would wait a while like a few days after the agreed appointment so she could have a chance to contact you with a good excuse/explanation. Otherwise, do what you think is right.

Like anything in business, some just arent good at it.. Young girls, think its about nothing other than a romp in the hay for $$$$.. They dont realize professionalism comes with it..

This happens all the time and it doesn't seem to be age specific.  The only difference that I see is that the younger ones will just not answer.  The older ones have enough experience to give you creative excuses like I over slept, my period just started, my cat is sick, I'm sick, I just got into a car accident, I have a cold sore, I lost my cell phone, I can't handle your big cock unless I'm gotten ten hours rest and other such bs.

For the longest time, before I started using atfs, I would always have a standard backup lady who I could trust.  Then when I got stood up, I would call ol reliable.  She actually became my first atf because she always made time for me.  It would help a lot if you would let us know who this flakey person is, because there is no downside for her blowing us off when she feels like it.....

Possibly the girls are getting freaked out by something that you do.  I may be totally off base, as many providers have a flake gene, but almost all are concerned for their safety.  If you give off a bad vibe, it's gonna go bad regardless of the age of the provider.  The more experienced will just pick up on it quicker, so you'll never get close to the door.

Replay the conversations in your mind OBJECTIVELY, and see if it could be taken in a bad way.  If so, fix it and things will go better.  If not, work on your screening a little better.  Either way, it's fixable.  We've all made a false step.  The trick is to learn...good luck

isn't that 2 call system 101.  i had a client call me 10 minutes after his appoinment was supposed to start or 25-30 minutes after he was supposed to make the first call then write a lousy review (the only kind he writes) beginning with that i started late. if i knew what i knew now, i never would have seen him.  

i don't know if you're trying call on the dot or what. but calling ahead and waiting 10-15-hopefully not much more than 20 patiently is sort of customary.  

Most likely the provider(s) in question double booked appointments for the same time slot.  You were the second to arrive, and therefore the odd man out.

Due to the logistics of incall, providers offering incall are able to do this, where as outcall providers general can't.

I'm sure the provider(s) in question have to deal with many no show clients, and don't like to lose out on the potential income.  For example, a potential client calls and books an appointment for 7:00 pm.  She's available at that time, so the date is set.  A little bit later, a different potential client calls and also wants an appointment for 7:00 pm.  If she hasn't seen either one before, she just might book that second guy also.  Based on experience, she figures that at least one will no show anyway, so then she'll have a "back up."  If both show up, she'll just take the first guy to get there, and second guy will be SOL.  

If you think I'm being unreasonable, I didn't make this stuff up.  I had an incall provider admit to me that she does this.

You are making bad choices of the provider that you call. Call ladies that have numerous good performance rated reviews and your luck will change. Your luck in this business is only as good as you work to make it.
