HSV-1 is an std which is why it is on the STD Panel Test administered by stdcheck.com.   I use stdcheck.com and fortunately have never tested positive for anything.  I have only done bbfs with 3 ladies over several years.  I would never do it without exchanging recent test results (less than 1 week).

Started seeing K-girls this year and have gone for BBFS most of the time. Got to know a girl who's been working for 4 years pretty well recently so got to ask all the questions most people want to know. On the subject of STD's, she said the agencies she's worked with don't require anything and she gets tested herself every 3-4 months or so. What I haven't been able to follow up with is if she ever had anything etc. - It's hard to imagine it could possibly be avoided, but her answer would go a long way in how to gauge my risk calculation.

It's so prevalent, it's tempting to think they know something I don't, but I also know the facts / statistics on these things in the real world.

NOT looking for anyone's opinions on my choices, but I was hoping some fellow K org BB patrons could share their BB body counts and related STD stats.

I've probably had 15 BB sessions in the last 6 months myself, and so far have been clean - TIA

...these so-called "K-orgs" are all pretty high volume. So this girl you know "well" gets tested every 3-4 months and during that time interval is probably seeing literally hundreds of guys.

You're seeing other girls too and they're all probably banging (10? 15?) guys unprotected every day of the week and you are looking for data from other like-minded individuals about how many times they've gotten STDs? I don't think you'll get the information you're looking for. Even if there were a lot of BBFS fans here, good luck getting guys to reply telling you "yeah, I see xxx number of girls a month and have gotten STDs 5 times".

Suffice it to say that you're taking a huge risk whether you want to hear that or not. My personal feeling is that you're crazy.

Good point - tho I have seen a few posts here and there where guys share their track record in this regard. There certainly no shortage of the practice so there is definitely data to be had, even if only anecdotal.
Logically, you would think it would be close to 100% with the numbers, but here I am for example, so I’m looking for other examples. I’m sure there are guys that also never popped dirty that would have no problem sharing their k body count etc

I stopped even trying to see K-girls a couple of years ago when BBFS became rampant. I was tempted just recently by a couple whose reviews said they did FS covered, but (probably for the best) didn't close the deal.

I love DATY too much to risk finding some guy's splooge during my dining.

She mentioned when she first started workin in Dallas it was 10 appointments a day back to back which I understood to be her max volume. Currently she makes about 1k a day, which would be around 4-5 appointments max after the split etc

Other questions I have not gotten to was how many are regulars, what % are BBFS etc -
Not the best pillow talk! So not sure when I'll be in a setting that will allow me to pivot back to it. The conversation we had was the from the first time I took her out for drinks - I had soooo many questions about this mysterious world of K-Girls I had only come to know about 6 months prior and she answered everything without hesitation - I still had 1000 other things I wanted to ask her, but I had to cut myself off and resume my attempts at seduction lol

Did you ask her if she's on Prep? I have a feeling that many of the bbfs KGirls are.

Naa man - I didn’t get the impression she would even know what that was. I thought she mentioned some kind of shot, but I think the Prep stuff is daily ingestion

This kind of behavior without Prep is borderline suicidal imo.

It might still be.

New viruses come along all the time and Syphilis is still a thing…

Now they have resistant strains of gonorrhea and syphilis.

I have no problem posting it here. I don't think I'm ever going to schedule a sesh with anyone using my ter handle anyway.
As George Constanza would say thats when worlds would collide.

Since I've returned after covid hiatus (about end of 2021 so for two an half years) I've probably had around 200 or so sessions with providers who openly provide bb. Most of the sessions were bb. I got two stds both of which were successfully treated with antibiotics. Each std kept me out the game for around 3 to 5 weeks. From 2018 to 2020 I've had probably 300 sessions with maybe half of them being bb and got nothing.

I also got one uti which my urologist told me was not sexually
transmitted. So not sure if that counts. It was still treated with similar antibiotic meds and I was out to the game for 2-3 weeks.

I hope this helps.

Cheers.

Bingo - your story and the girls seeming disregard for the risk flies in the face of what you would expect. It almost seems like you are more likely to get something from a civie if you look at those stats. What’s in that soap they use in the shower!? Lol

To be fair, I'd say that 1) stds come to kgirl community in waves and nowadays they are more common than before. Dude to both korg popularity exploding and also most orgs in the bay offering bbfs all-in included. Due to guys seeing same girls it can result in outbreaks of sort.

2) girls disregard for the risk shouldn't be taken as some kind of evidence of low risk. A lot of these girls endured hardships compared to which stds are trifles. Girls simply care about making as much money as they can at high volume.

Some girls do use prep and almost all of them are on constant birth control.

Curious how you would know this, or is it just an assumption?

When several people post (not here) about them getting the clap at the same timeand then a girl who doesn't take time off often suddenly takes a short vacation.

Or do you mean how I know guys see the same girls?

I do agree with SinCity's comment.

I also think we all make our own choices about the risks we are willing to expose ourselves to.

I would add that males are less likely to contract a lot of sex related diseases than women are based on our physiology. But that said, if you're going to engage as you do then out of courtesy to others please get your self tested regularly and practice good hygiene after the sex to reduce the chances of both you getting infected and worse, sharing that infection.

Thanks all, but none of you are what I’m asking for here - lol

Thanks all, but none of you are what I’m asking for here - lol

the more likely the law of averages will catch up to you at some point.  I have seen over 800 Kgirls, and my first STD did not occur until around Kgirl 150.   However, I have a friend that caught one before he got to 10, so anything is possible.  You can also catch STD's from indies, but the rate of spread is lower because they are lower volume.  In some cases of a simple bacterial infection, it can take a few days before the girl is symptomatic, and that is where the risk is because she doesn't yet know she has it.  Kgirls are higher volume, so there is the risk that they could transmit the disease during the time they are ignorant that they are infectious.

Herpes is a virus, and I understand the incubation period can be much longer, but I haven't had that one, so I can't talk about it from personal experience.   Sadly, there have been a few TER mongers who announced here they tested positive for Herpes and warned of some of the consequences they experienced before they left TER and P4P altogether.

Bacterial infections like Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are treated with antibiotics, so at the first sign of burning or discharge, get to urgent care and get the meds, and PUT YOURSELF ON THE BENCH until the meds have run out so you don't infect anyone else yourself.

We all have our own risk tolerance, and everyone's approach to sex partners is different.  For me, I used to enjoy BBFS with Kgirls (and a few indies) as much as the next guy, but since I also see civvie women from time to time, I decided to go back to CFS about 5-6 years ago, because I don't think it is fair to withhold this information when I am still having BBFS with civvies.  They should not be asked to share my risk unless they know and agree.   Just decide what your risk tolerance level is and proceed with caution.

What was your BBFS ratio on that first 150?

Re: Herpes - From what I've read, it's so common now, it's not even required testing in the porn industry, it's a given most of them have it. Guessing it would be a similar case among the BBFS crowd given the numbers and the activity.

before 2018 BBFS was mostly UTR.  It was never put in reviews and the only time I was ever offered BBFS on the first appointment with a new girl was if I booked two hours out of the gate, which was not often.  (I had to have superior intel from my hobby bros who had already seen her to book than one hour with a girl I was seeing for the first time.)  However, I did repeat with at least 80% of the Kgirls I saw, and second or third appointment is where the BBFS usually kicked in for me, because ALL of my repeats are two hours, and still are.  Out of the 12-15 sessions I had every month, 6-8 were new girls, on average, the rest were repeats.  However, once I acquired BBFS from an individual girl, she remained on my "repeat" for up to a year, sometimes longer.  So, the only way I think of quantifying this for you if I HAD kept stats, which I didn't (but my routine of mixing new girls with repeats was as consistent as possible) would provide me with a reasonable guess of about 60% of the total girls I had sex with were BBFS, but more like 70-80% of the total hours of my sessions would have been BBFS.  This is because, as I said earlier, new girls are one-hour (which might be one and done if I don't repeat, while repeats are always two hours with me.  Hope this helps, but as you can see, there are many variables that can influence the numbers.

It's a completely different world now since 2018 with the open advertisement of BBFS in the Kgirl niche market.

I agree with you on Herpes, the infection rates in the population at large is 16% for women and 8% for men.  (Good news for my SoCal monger-sister, Lopaw, the rate for female to female sex is only slightly over 2%.)

Impressive - your like an K-girl Yoda! lol

And yes, sounds like a different world now, so I''m not sure how your run of 150 would measure up if adjusted for for BB inflation since then. Still a hell of a run tho!

...She's like a hero of the hobby!  Lopaw, if you reading this...if we're ever in town at the same time, I'll gladly sponser if I get to watch and take part in some of it!  Mostly kidding but I'd make that deal in a heartbeat!

I suggested this several years ago, and she made it quite clear that there will be NO dicks in the room (literally as well as figuratively - lol) while she is enjoying a hot young Asian girl.  (We like the same kinds of girls.)

Hey snafu929

While I appreciate the offer, like CDL mentioned my sessions are strictly sausage free. But I do know of a kgirl that will service a couple if you have a gf or SO that might be interested in accompanying you👍

But what’s the difference between bbbj and DATY and bbfs? Can’t you catch std from bbbj and DATY, and yet that doesn’t seem to be an issue with most guys.

P2P Camel slide to that too.
Brought it up a few times with no real responses.

I think you mentioned that you didn't catchanything after switching to cfs only.  It looks like that cfs has significantly lower risk compared to bbfs.

Most bacterial infection can be easily treated and cured without significant health problem. Virus such as herpes doesn't cause significant health problem although it's annoying to have it. The major risk is hiv which can't be cured although treatable. But I heard that the risk of  catching hiv by cfs only is extremely low.

getting a bacterial infection with CFS, it most often occurs during foreplay with "camel slides", where the woman gets on top and slides back and forth with your dick between her labia.  It feels a lot like BBFS.  This is usually done bare, but coincidentally how we knew in the UTR days whether a Kgirl might be open to BBFS on the next appointment.  It's not a sure thing, but women aren't stupid about transmissions either (except on Ferraris - lol) and they know that any P2P contact that exchanges fluids, even without penetration, could transmit the infection in either direction, so they are taking a risk, too.

Most Kgirl mongers think the preliminary co-ed shower with BBBJ is to get them excited, but it actually serves as a discreet short-arm inspection.  When she goes to her knees in the shower, before taking you into her mouth, she will make a quick visual inspection for rashes or sores, and make one long stroke with her hand, squeezing on the way out to see if there is any discharge, before putting it into her mouth.  If anything is amiss, she will take some soap and wash it, then skip the BBBJ, and everything will be covered after that.  Some will even do a sniff test because some infections can give off telltale odors.  I learned all of this behind-the-scenes stuff because I have been a real-life boyfriend to 12 Kgirls serially, not concurrently (Lol) various times over the past 16 years for lengths of time between a month to slightly over a year.  The customers get the full fantasy girlfriend from Kgirls, but when you are dating them, you learn the good, the bad, and the ugly of the biz.  That may be why sometimes here I come off as a little jaded.  Lol

Agree - and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  After a BBFS session, I use:

https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2211934 (DoxyPEP) and
https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/prevention/prep.html (see on-demand PreP)

Doxy and Truvada are easy, cheap (from overseas pharmacies) - and if the studies are to be believed over 70-90% effective.  Needless to say, testing is still a good idea too - and no guarantees!!

No one’s a superhero, invincible to the scourge of STDs. Sooner or later, they’ll catch up with you—the only real question is whether it’s something that can be treated with a pill or something far more sinister.

As for those girls who claim they get tested every three to four months? That’s laughable. What they really mean is they might visit their OBGYN every few months, or maybe they finally drag themselves to one of those local Korean clinics when something feels off. Regular testing as a voluntary act? Please. The only time they get checked is when alarm bells are ringing. Sure, there might be a rare few who genuinely care about their health and actually stick to a regular testing schedule, but let’s be honest—those are as rare as unicorns.

you know what the guy who jumped off the roof said as he passed the 6th floor ............. so far so good!

years ago twice i went BBFS with lets call them amateur low volume escorts, single moms side hustling  .. but after i said for peace of mind before we repeat please get tested .. guess what .. both positive for Herpes and Trich ..  ouch !!  .. thankfully i got lucky and nothing ... but i think gen herpes is now up to 20% of sexually active population

oh and yes Porn clinics DO NOT test for herpes !  their attitude is everyone active in porn movies already has it !

Herpes tests are notoriously unreliable with a high failure rate. Herpes isn't included in the standard "full panel" STD test, it is something you have to ask for and Doctors usually don't want to give it. Guidelines say you should only get tested if you have symptoms. Also, there are two types, HSV-1 and HSV-2. HSV-1 is not considered an STD and it is estimated that 2/3rds of the global population has HSV-1. Its not just porno clinics that don't test for it, its pretty standard medical practice to not test for it.

stdcheck .. tests for herpes both types and plenty more  plus option to test for trichomoniasis ...and it can be anonymous if you wish .. sometimes i even pay with a Vanilla Visa Card

Yep, I use STDcheck.com and they give reports for both HSV1 and HSV2. Luckily I only tested positive for HSV1.

If the initial test is abnormal (alot of false positives etc with that one) There’s a secondary test that is pretty definitive.

Probably had about 20 bb experiences a few years back and lucky enough to not catch anything. After that mainly cfs and i play overseas too. Fortunately still clean.

I became exclusively BBFS the instant I figured out I could! That was back in the AMP heyday around 2000. So that’s going on 25 years unwrapped and never anything undesirable on the cock or in the blood. In the last decade I’ve seen only Asians at C-and K-orgs with help from social and other sources to validate sanity and sanitation.

DISCLAIMER: please don’t try this at home! I’m just saying that two decades of bare mongering with discretion  and executive thinking guiding have borne nothing but fruit. Mostly peaches and cherries. And Kira’s sweet asshole. And Leah. And Kendall. AndRuby from the old King’s Spa days. Magnificent memories.

So be safe out there!

What is the validation process for you with K-Girls in the current market?

Sorry if this sounds overly simple, but…I ask. If a girl is feeling comfortable talking about it, score one big point. I ask about Covid, std’s and flue symptoms, experienced first or second hand, anywhere.

I have never known a kgirl to have any disease. They notoriously self-isolate if they get even a cold as it’s just bad business for you to send clients away with bonus microbes.  Some test more often than others but they pretty much all do. So do I. So should you!

Stay safe out there!

You can’t be having that conversation on the front end of a session - can you? If not, when do you have the opportunity to screen these girls as you describe?

I have a sample of “1” that I have had that convo with which was definitely not on the clock

Syphilis and chlamydia and now Trich are rampant.   genital Herpes is 20% of all active people .. so that's 1 out of 5 and likely much higher amongst high volume agency girls.

I have gone BBFS more than i should admit and i am not proud of it .. but been lucky and clean ..  in a few cases i asked for and paid for several ladies before i would repeat .. and  voila, ! they weren't clean and i dodge major bullets.

so now i request tests for EVERYTHING including Herpes and Trich ..   as i have been surprised .. one young lady was a law school student single mom and turned out positive for both of those!  whew another bullet dodged.    but after that i learned my lesson, it can be anyone.    and i gladly pay for the stdcheck tests .. $140 is a small price to pay for one's health as well as being able to play without stress.

so doesnt matter your history, one shouldnt count on luck ..  only takes one to mess you up for good.

one of the very first hobby posts i ever read was on the strip club board in 1996 ... married guy went bare with a stripper in a club for 2 minutes .... now has herpes.    he complained on the board about the stripper .. 100 guys yelled at him in posts for him being stupid.

PS HSV-1 oral is about 85% of general population  so dont fret about that.

I have a theory that independent girls will be cleaner than civvy girls. Simple reason is that they get tested more frequently because if they catch something, it will directly impact their business. Civilians won't get tested unless they see or feel something, and even then oftentimes they won't be honest with the doctor about their sexual activities and so they get the drugs for a UTI or yeast infection. Clears the infection but then they just think it's not STD. Not standard to get tested at the annual obgyn appointment unless you tell the doctor there's a reason to. Many stds don't have any symptoms for a while.

Same thing applies for clients, we tend to get tested more frequently because we know what sort of business we are up to.

Doesn't mean there still isn't risk and you should still wrap up to minimize the risk.

Yes, tests are important but they are not the be all and end all. There is a latency period where testing won't show an infection and during that time said infection could be spread to a fairly large number of takers.

AFAIC it is never worth the risk.

-- Modified on 8/26/2024 6:58:02 PM

It's a frequency thing though, most girls who I've talked to have told me they get tested every 3 months, one girl said every month. Granted it's a small sample size, but that's still going to be more frequent than once a year. One test might miss the latency or incubation period but 3 months later it will get caught. Civvy girl wouldn't catch it for another 12 months if she even gets tested at next obgyn. That's why I think girls in the business will be cleaner, generally speaking.

Yes, but they are have sex way more often, with exponentially more partners - not sure the testing frequency would compensate for that differential

on the next quarterly test, but by then, your typical Kgirl will have seen 100-150 different guys by then.   All but the worst providers will have seen 40+ customers if they provide decent service.

Many of the Kgirls get tested monthly for this reason.  It costs $79 to have a phlebotomist come to the incall and do the draw.  This way, they don't have to take off work, so the org will often pay it or at least split it with the girl.

you really think an Asian agency of girls under $300 regularly tests the ladies ..  like the agency would spend money on that !?!??!

but that is true on both sides here.

What I do know is that one agency used to stock the incall location with food, bathroom and cleaning supplies for the girls working there. I know this because I walks out of the last appointment one night and the supply crew was at the door with a bunch of boxes from the store they had been shopping at. I had the impression that was standard operations for the K-agencies where I was but cannot that was the case, or is the case now, as I only know about the one direct observation.

Personally I think way too many people here are prone to believing something and concluding on that belief that it is true. I think that is a bad approach myself.

420Smoka4Eva35 reads

Is this an example of believing the beautiful lie over the ugly truth? I used to believe something similar but... now I am not so sure.

I would caution against taking an escort's word at this. I'm sure many providers are responsible, but is every provider responsible? Are providers, by and large, more responsible than the general population? You say civilians are less likely to be honest with their doctor, do you think providers tell doctors what they do for a living? Its a lot easier to say you get tested every month or 3 months than it is to actually get tested. Also, why do you assume that clients are responsible and getting tested as well? Just because you are getting tested doesn't mean every other guy out there is.

The impact of testing is limited. It doesn't cure an STD or prevent its spread, it only identifies it for treatment and not every STD can be treated. Getting tested every month or three months doesn't reduce the risk associated with exposure, it only mitigates the potential impact after exposure. Even if you are correct about testing, is the impact of testing enough to outweigh the impact of exposure.

The bigger question is are you on that pill regiment to protect yourself for BBFS with these K-girls? How can you be sure the K-girls are taking the necessary precautions. An Asian girl telling you she gets checked out every 3 or 4 times a month after seeing 15 clients per day is not a flex. And let's be honest, waiting for those test results, especially the HIV test be a bitch. Even the rapid HIV test feels like the longest 15 minutes of your life. You immediately start regretting all of the girls you went in raw with. The worry and fear alone was enough for me to stop doing BBFS. Oh, and wait until a provider tells you she's pregnant and she thinks the kid might be yours. BBFS is all fun and games until reality sets in.
