I can't think of a single major movie that has done much for me.

 
Even back in the "anything goes" sixties, the best was probably a movie titled Candy, but it didn't do much to scratch my itch.   Even the James Bond flicks did little to titillate me.

 
Then there were the arty European films like I am Curious (Yellow).   It should have been titled I am Curious (Bored).

 
I never did see that Jane Fonda film, Barbarella, however.   Some say that was pretty sexy.

I especially liked, "It's over the hump, for a piece of rump."

Michelle Johnson has THE sexiest boobs on the planet (or had, lol). I think that's what cause Demi Moore to get a boob job.

Totally agree with you about Unfaithful.  Have you seen Bitter Moon?  I'm not sure how I felt about the movie, but the sex scenes were good.  I also liked Mulholland Dr.  and Y Tu Mama Tambien, which I thought were both awesome movies with well-done sex scenes that propelled the plots.

I hadn't seen in ~50 years:  The Graduate.   I thought it was a very sexy movie, despite having no nudity or graphic sex scenes.  It recalled the "old days" when movies would build sexual tension by what's implied vs. shown.  I love the nude female form as much as anyone (even as much as lopaw!), and I don't know if The Graduate is my fav Sexy Movie of All Time, but it's right up there.

Was pretty freaking hot. Drew Barrymore was such a little devil in that movie.

I don’t know if it’s the sexiest mainstream film or not, but it always stood out for me due to the sex scene between Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly.

Normally, I don’t really care about girl on girl stuff; lesbian scenes in porn (for example) never did anything for me.

But that scene with these two gorgeous ladies, both projecting chemistry and sensuality just turned me on; more than that - I was delighted at the enthusiasm they both seemed have.

Probably my favorite vampire movie of all time. Lots of nudity and smoking hot sex scenes in that one. The first 3 "The Howling" movies were pretty hot, too.   Why is it that sex and horror meld so well?

I prefer anyone with Sean Penn... What a man... hahaha he turns me on!  
But i found 50 shades totally boring, I prefer In the Realm of the Senses 100 times before 50 shades of bored grey.

"Strip Tease" -- after getting an upgrade, Demi Moore's boobs look fantastic and her body was in shape after weeks of pole-dancer training. Great strip club dancing scenes and I do enjoy Annie Lennox & her music throughout.

"True Lies" -- Jamie Lee Curtis was smoking hot in her dance scene.

"From Dawn Til Dusk" -- oh my, I could (and do) watch Salma Hayek dance on the table every time that flick shows in the rotation. Clooney's reaction as she's backing that ass up toward him is priceless. "Now that's what I call a fuckin' SHOW!"

I read the review of Hardcore (1979; George C. Scott) in Playboy or some other magazine back then and thought, "Woo hoo! I've got to see that!" Well, I never saw it. Not then, not since. It's about making porn in San Francisco, Mexico, criminals, tracking down missing persons, ... . I still won't see it.
