I may not have been looking real close..... But, in Atlanta, I began to notice BBFS being offered more around the time of FOSTA/SESTA and the Dekalb/Dunwoody bust. Also, the ladies that I saw said that they had more mongers asking about (for) BBFS. I did see an agency provider and we did BBFS. There was also one independent that offered the same. It really was not that hard to get but it just takes the right price point.

I don't think I've seen a provider reply to this thread yet. All of my personal acquaintance colleagues (gg & tgirl) don't entertain possibility of bbfs (caveat below).
