My jaundiced view of a Town & Country girl is that she plays tennis in the morning, sits by the pool while the maid serves her iced tea in the afternoon, retires for a nap and then a private massage from her on-staff masseur; showers and dons her white blouse and Burbury skirt; has cocktails on the patio with hubby who wears a blue blazer, khakis and a rep tie and "manages" their investments; then they go to the Junior League benefit for dinner and dancing; she has her picture snapped and waits for it to appear in, yes, Town & Country.
