The way I approach the rate question is I set a rate in my mind for each lady with which I would like to visit. I pretty much know the rates each and every lady tends to charge. I am also aware they will work with a hobbyist to come to an agreement on a rate. I avoid the agencies and this has enabled me to see many ladies which I probably would have passed on due to the tack on fee. With that being said my all time favorite is Nikki Dial. It would be interesting to see what rate I would go up to if I was able to meet Nikki. So I can't really say the highest amount I would pay until I am actually presented with the option.

That's a tough one. I have already had my all time fantasy date with Keisha for $1,200- glad to pay it. I am partial to Raylin and have a date with her next month at $1,300. American has fares posted on its website LAX to Heathrow for $295. There are 9/11 taxes on top of that but you'll still get there for under $400 - and get about 11,000 frequent flyer miles.
Yeah, I've seen the same thing about low air fares to London....though it's kinda hard for me to go on a vacation in London without takin the wife. Though you do have a good idea.
