Three friends of "Jane" have explained how they learned of the assault.  "Jane" was contacted by the reporter but declined to comment.  Note that "Jane" declined to comment rather than to DENY the incident.
.
Laura Loomer has unearthed a picture of the couple in a frame of a video taken at the Cannes Film Festival event in France.  This proves he was at the event that day with some woman.
.
"One of her friends told DailyMail.com that the woman called him immediately after the incident, sobbing in her cab, and described the alleged assault."
.
"A second friend said Jane, who had been dating Emhoff for three months, also told her about the alleged violence at the time."
.
"A third friend told DailyMail.com that Jane first told her in 2014 that she had dated Emhoff, and recounted the full story of his alleged abuse in 2018..."

Headline: "Kamala Harris's husband Doug Emhoff 'forcefully slapped ex-girlfriend for flirting with another man' in booze-fueled assault after date to star-studded gala"

So first, they trotted out Walz and when that had no effect, they point to Doug-the-nanny-fucker.   That didn't work ether, so they doubled down by saying these two are "redefining masculinity."  Apparently, there aren't many men in the US who identify with this brand of masculinity.   Every time Walz prances around the stage with his jazz hands waving, I can't help but crack up.   Last night, Vance wiped up the floor with Walz.  I couldn't stop laughing reading the editorial from Politico declaring Walz the winner of the debate.

And as far as masculinity, at least Walz doesn't have tiny hands. I'll also take any form of masculinity as long as it isn't "grab 'em by the pussy."

"grab 'em by the pussy."   If they are heavy-duty flirting with you, it can be done with no downside, but you have to be able to read women really well.  I wouldn't recommend doing it randomly, but in the right situation after a few drinks, it can be welcomed more than you think.

I know how important facts are to you so this query should pose no problem.

No. I’m not voting for Trump. But your point belies the newsworthiness of this story.  It highlights the fact that Emhoff isn’t the man that the Harris campaign is trying to portray him as.

I’ve been consistent about this going back to the polling that showed over 60% voters did not want a Trump- Biden rematch. Was looking forward to backing a No Labels ticket. But they didn’t field a ticket.

I’m not voting in a swing state, so I’ll be casting my vote for RFK Jr. Now if I was in a swing state, I would be choosing Trump over Harris.

What is it specifically about Trump that is causing you not to vote for him?

I don’t like his approach on Ukraine and am not happy he’s still campaigning on the outcome of the 2020 election.

Mollie Hemingway:

This is a horrifying story. I will say that it matches with something I recently learned from two California individuals who know Emhoff fairly well and said his reputation for poor treatment of women was notorious in their circles.
Ana Brendenberg,
I believe Kamala and Doug have an arrainged marriage.   I believe it was done for political purposes.

She never married nor had kids, but for political purposes, she had to show some semblance of normalcy

Kira Davis,
I can confirm this family is not well regarded in CA politics. Despite their “success”

And you read the article, so you know who made the allegations.

So you think the Daily Mail is going to risk a defamation suit without getting all their ducks in a row before publishing this allegation?

We have no clue about the facts here. All just "friends" said this or that. Nothing has come directly from the woman allegedly slapped so it's all second hand info anyway. Plus he is not running for office, his wife is, which makes this all moot.
