You're going to get different answers for everyone, you should stick with what you're comfortable with.  Personally I'd rather skip all talk and be fighting her off me the moment we have line of sight.

Gentlemen when meeting someone new for the first time, how much small talk would you like or if any for that matter before the fun begins?

I've noticed opinions span greatly with this topic. Some men prefer a little conversation ice breaker, others want touching as soon as the donation is dropped.

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts

Let me expand on the question. What do you think is the right amount of small talk before the fun begins, 5mins 10 mins? Again how much talking during the water break?

It seems to me that if the two are in the least bit perceptive of the other person this comes naturally. I don't think any of us can determine what is best for others.

...to start my sessions off with a full body rub and conversation during.  It's a great way for me to get comfortable with my gentle callers.

Many hobbyists will contest, but they're the ones who will let you know to get started immediately. 10-20% is only 6-12 minutes of an hour. Some of us fools get chatting for too long only to leave a disappointing quickie at the end.

Just ask early or make the first move so he doesn't feel you're killing time to avoid playtime with him. He'll appreciate your willingness to please and will tell you if more chat time is needed.

If it is new provider you have never seen before then you should do a pat down for bugs prior to the donation.  Then you are free to talk or you can get started depending on the session length.  If it is quick session then you should save talking for the end and only talk if she has nothing else going on and you are not causing a delay for others.
