I don't think most ladies will allow photo/video of a session. There are exceptions. They usually say on their website if this activity is an option. I have seen surcharges to account for the risk of exposure or spreading of images.

However, this isn't my thing, so I can't give you particulars. But it is out there if you look.

Some do, some dont. Some want extra money, while others dont.

It depends on the provider. I have allowed one gentleman to take pictures of our encounter, however I knew him very well and trusted him. This is not something I would feel comfortable with unless I knew the man very well. Other ladies would have less of a problem with it, while others wouldn't agree no matter who asks them.

Your best bet is to ask ladies you have seen at least once or twice and ask them if they would be willing.
