If this has been brought before i dont know or maybe its dumb or not doable but how about a subscription fee per month for services like a Netflix , Amazon Prime or Kindle. Of course its up to the provider how many visits etc a month. Maybe unlimited for some outrageous fee like $5000 or something. Maybe 4 or 5 visit limit for $400 with maybe a phone call or something. I'm not a lawyer but, I think if the lady had more than one male friend or two, and had advertising, you might not be able to get away with the "mistress" argument in a court of law.

I don't think it is that simple. I suspect it would fly if you could demonstrate that looks like a genuine relationship but of course I'm no lawyer. I know it's not something I would want to test in court if I were ever in that situation.
