Im kind of new to AMPs. I've been looking at ads and saw one that lists table shower, body shampoo and body scrub among the services. Can someone tell me  the difference, what to expect?

You enter a large tiled room with a table in the center that has a foam mat on it.  You start out on your stomach as she uses a hand held shower spray to wet you down, then scented soaps to lather you and if you are really in luck, a loofah to scrub you down.   Then a rinse and the flip.

mrfisher's reply was generally applicable. But there could also be some variation by region ("all mean the same thing" in one city; very different things in another). And each hostess may have a different routine for each request and each client. One guy gets a bar of soap and a washcloth; another guy gets a soapy nekkid lady sliding up and down his body in all directions (that might be "body scrub" but I don't know the local lingo in your area).

In some specific locations (commercial buildings, apartments, storefronts), they might not have gotten around to doing a complete renovation with an official "table shower" room.  There might only be a regular bathtub with a shower or even just a stall shower. They will still advertise "table shower" to convey the essence of the showering experience even if you remain standing. I have never complained about the lack of a table during the shower.  AAMPs (apartment AMPs) only have standing showers and I am NOT complaining about that, either!
