Victoria saved the day. I was coming into Vegas just for one night and would be leaving out of town the very next day. I had earlier in the day made contact with some that was to be some friendship for the evening and was instructed to coordinate when I arrived into town. Once arriving late afternoon/early evening I attempted to contact my early arrangement and after of an hour of no success I started reviewing TER.
