I have seen Penny a couple of times now. 1st contacted Penny on P411 and requested a meet. was easy to contact through p411 and easy to set up a meet. Typical 2 call system on the day of the meet. called when arrived to her apartment complex and she got me in the front door and then up to her apartment. told to just walk in the door would be unlocked.
