Contacted PO. PO gave me directions for screening, after 15 minutes of back and forth sending information, finally got screened. I finally got approved and was able to make an appointment. PO gave me photos and address to find location, was able to find where to go. Drove to location, waited in front of the door, and the door opened and she was waiting behind the door.
