General Details
Set up a meeting with Nicole via email and provided her with my phone number for confirmation. We agreed on a mutually convenient time but Nicole got lost and took a little longer to get to my hotel. She felt really bad but I don't think that was an issue. She kept apologizing and I told her that it was okay. She gave me a big huge and started making me comfortable.
