I had such success w/ another BKS provider, I wanted to try a 2nd BKS provider and the unique skills Nicole offers. Setting up an appointment was easy, and due to a DC storm, I emailed to move up my time a day and it was quickly accommodated. The hotel was a bit on the old side, but I wasn't there for the lobby. Nichole was welcoming and I'm glad I visited her.
