Called Gigi early in the morning, she called right back; set up an appointment for the afternoon; directions given on the call back 30 min before; North County condo in an older complex just off I 5; arrived and was greeted by another provider who shares the location; Gigi was late, doing the laundry; waited about 15 minutes; when Gigi arrived we went upstairs to the workroom;
