I am kind of surprised by the other reviews. I had a good experience with this booker and made another appointment. My first choice was unavailable and Ella was recommended to me. I agreed. Non-VIPs, her pictures are extremely photoshopped. She seemed a lot older than advertised. Her attitude was good, but there are better options, would not repeat.
