I have seen Chelsea on multiple occasions. This review focuses on my most recent visit, but all of them proceeded in a very similar fashion. Booking Chelsea is simply a matter of exploring her schedule on her website to find out when she will be visiting your city and contacting her with a request to meet her. Once she knows you and if you are ok with it, Chelsea will drop you an email in advance of her visit to see if you are interested in meeting. Chelsea requires a deposit upfront amounting to roughly one third of the session cost. Her website explains her refund policies.
