Found her profile on P411. Thought the pictures looked good and that she was touring and that our travel dates would align so reached out to her. Emails were answered promptly by her assistant and I was able to schedule a time with her. On the day of, we were able to exchange text messages directly. I called her when I got to the hotel and she gave me the room number. I highly recommend.
