Saw she was visiting Las Vegas via Twitter so I reached out to her via her booking website. She got back to me via email within a day and a couple of back and forth emails, we were able to lock in a date and time when she lands in Vegas. There were a couple of hiccups (such as I replied to her text late verifying our date 24 hours beforehand and she said she already booked it - but she kept in touch while in town and gave me times she was free and I was able to see her).
