I have had the same problem. Just keep trying and you will get through. I don't think they start to work there until around 10 a.m. They seem to be very popular as they book up fast.
I also have tried and was told they are short handed and overbooked, and was advised to wait untill after the holidays, very nice to talk to and deal with so try again.
