I apologize for offending you.  But to answer directly, no they don't HAVE to.  No, they don't only.
Its not about Must, or All, or Only, or Always.  No absolutes.
Good people come in all races and sexes and ages, Bad people too.

Its about More Likely, Higher Risk, On Average.  Odds and percentages.
More dangerous people are more likely to be young, male, and black.
What was the sex and race of those old school pimps?
Old, female, and Asian are more likely to be at the other end of the risk spectrum.
People observe the world, and end up acting accordingly, in their self interest.

But I'm not making PV policy, just guessing.

Or should I say brown sugga wuggas...pardon me for being an ignant millennial.  

ST had a couple over the last 3yrs. BG haven't seen any listed (barely any minorites) over the last 4yrs and same for Eden. Is that space not good for black women...I mean there's a lot of black girls between DC & B-more not including the ones that attend the HBCUs...I mean they don't need money?!?! And PV attracts the middle class and Maryland is home to probably the most middle class black women.  

Is the PV crowd not checking for black women so the agencies rarely pick them up? ...shit, you can always find Asians that make up less of the population at any time than blacks.  

Just wondering....

You make a fair point, but we have no way of knowing the reason behind black women not being part of the PV scene. Perhaps there haven't been that many applications, or perhaps they don't want to hire blacks. Just like Asian agencies don't hire whites or hispanics..  

BTW, I've seen black women working the PV scene elsewhere in the country. Just not in the DMV area.

You might want to bring it up with the agency if you really want to see black women, and see if they can make it happen for you..

OK, I'm probably about to get flamed, but... several studies of online dating sites, and an article in the Economist analyzing the escort biz, all show that black women are considered the least attractive.  Online dating they get the fewest likes or hellos or asks by far, and they charge less as escorts, on average, meaning less demand.  PV not only attracts middle class providers, it attracts middle class customers who want clean college girls not pimped addicts or whatever.  So, either the PV agencies don't waste their time, or the girls don't last because they don't get enough trade.

Also, the PV agencies my be concerned with attracting black men, thugs etc, or angry boyfriends or pimps etc, and so avoid this by avoiding black girls.

Can I prove it? No, my opinion based on evidence.  Is it nice or flattering to lots of nice, attractive, intelligent, kind and sexy black providers? no.  But I think its true.

Once again the concepts of MORE and ALL get confused.
I am only guessing the motivations of PV agencies.
But, there is no question that if one wishes to avoid Thugs, and one is not doing individual screening background checks, the simplest most effective way is to avoid black men in general.
Most effective, not fairest.
Black men are thugs at 8x the rate of all other men, over 10x the rate of white men.
Ask Obama's justice department.

source of information: the news, US Bureau of Prisons Statistics,  FBI Uniform Crime Reporting Statistics, Department of Justice,  US Centers for Disease Control, The Economist Magazine (study on the economics of prostitution), other articles about online dating and race.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts.

I know some real old school pimps and every woman who got them started or kept them afloat was a white woman .So I have some research of my own and True Caucasian, Hispanic and Asian women all charge more for time and hold more weight in the eyes of the hobby than Us African descent ladies...We get it, We know it and it has been thrown down OUR throats every chance Ya'll get to remind US.

But what I don't get is why we have to be drug addicts ,have dangerous people associated with us. Why we have to have a pimp or not be capable of having a "regular" job like the other women who participate in this hobby. Why we can't just be beautiful woman who like to please and have fun like everyone else. You mean to tell me that only African decent ladies who come in all colors, shapes and sizes..Us Colored girls who have a range from looking latin to damn near white still have to sit on the back of the Bus??

Damn People we must do better!!
