Okay...as you can see I've been a member here a LOOONG time. But when TER got "subdued" I figured they never be back. I literally just looked them up and see TER is back in the US!!
Pease...humor me with the short version of their teturn. I've been gone since 2015.
TER cut off access to US ISPs, stopped posting US-based reviews, and shut down the US regional discussion boards sometime in April of 2018 I believe. Soon after FOSTA-SESTA went into effect and Backpage was taken down. You could access the site via VPN to participate in the general discussion boards, but they were not very active as you might imagine.
Sometime in the late summer or fall of 2019 they opened back up to US ISPs and US reviews, and reopened the US discussion boards. I didn't discover they were back open until a month or so after the fact.

Yeah, TER was back in full swing in the latter part of 2019. Then, COVID hit and fucked everything up. Girls retired, or took extended breaks, and provider rates went through the roof!! Also, what was GFE quickly became not-so-much GFE. Not talking bbfs, but rather dfk, daty, and bbbj. Those services are rare among the affordable ones.

Sure, some ladies took a break and stopped working for a while but many did not and DATY, BBBJ, and DFK was and is the norm from my experience.
Northern VA, and I've experienced this firsthand. Can't blame them really. Everyone is suddenly health-conscious.

Yes I agree, some providers rates went way up to the roof sometimes insane and when you see their reviews it’s below 8,7 it’s not even worth it for me personally

I've been back for a while but do not often post.
When TER was down, I found some other avenues to find what I was looking for and have been very happy.
I only check in here every once in a while.
