Just taking a quick look, as it's been years since I wrote a review, Session Location is not prefilled (though I suppose for those that don't clear cookies and have auto-fill for forms configured it might). Most of the profile is not presented in the review form unless you are submitting the first review.

 
Certainly agree that agencies that want to be clear about who is available should be providing the TER ID to make sure someone's search doesn't find a different provider who might have significantly different scores.
