GFE seems to mean different things in different markets. The original intent of the term "enjoys the experience, not just mechanical sex" is accurate. About 5 years ago in some of the markets we were in we noticed a concerted effort of a few on the client side to co-opt the term to mean BBBJ and with the co-operation of some sites, cajole, intimidate and pressure providers into this unsafe practice with some success.

Bottom line GFE doesn't mean bareback of any kind. We're all adults and if you want to play Russian Roulette that's fine. But sooner or later you WILL put the hammer down on a loaded chamber.
