Waaay too much to explain here.  You will be in heaven.  Trust me.

SP: Huge selection.  Incredible.  About a half dozen travesti bars, hundreds of internet girls.  Lots of streetwalkers too but be careful as SP is a dangerous place.  I even heard there's a new tgirl terma in town.  Problem with SP is that there's NOTHING to do but eat, fuck and sleep.  22 million people and nothing to do.

Rio: Smaller scene, but only in contrast to SP - still blows away everything stateside.  No real tgirl bars or termas.  A few street walker places (Lapa neighborhoo, Rua Augusta Seveiro in Gloria and of course Copacabana but good luck fishing through all the GGs).  Best bet is internet girls, IMHO.  

Prices are dirt cheap too.  Maybe 100 - 200 reais (about $30-$60 US) for a several hours, more if she likes you or sees a long term revenue opportunity.

Google travesti, boneca, etc and you'll eventually find tons of links.   Brazilian-Transsexuals.com also has a good escort listing as well as some more details on the scene.

Also, learn some portuguese...it's essential for the internet girls and will greatly enhance your sessions and lower your costs.

I wasn't really into TSs when I visited, so I don't have any advice on finding TSs...

But you really need to visit Help disco in Copacabana to see the hundreds of beautiful GGs.  The place is packed with beautiful women who are dying (for a fee) to accompany US visitors.  Going to this place was better than stepping into any music video.  Swear to God it has to be seen to believed!!
