Turns out there is a 7 story brothel in Cologne Germany, where prostitution is legal. 1st floor is low cost girls, 2nd is Asian another for black girls and, here's the best part, the 7th for transexuals.
I can't say I have ever been to Pascha's in Cologne. But, I have been to Crazy Sexy in Frankfurt a.m.. They operated pretty much in the same fashion. 6 floors, as you go up each floor so does the cost.
