Heather is very pretty, however she is a total rip-off.
She arrived about 20 minutes late; had me wait in the lobby of an apartment building. (She told me to call her when I arrived). She asked for a tip on top of the normal fee, even before we did anything. (This really pisses me off. If the fee is $250, then it is $250. If she wants $300, than ask it up front. I really hate it when a provider demands a "tip" on top of her fee)
Then when I was going down on her, she answered her cell phone and was setting up her next appointment, immediately after me. SHe never got hard and gave me a half-hearted cbj that was much more of a hj. NEVER AGAIN!
If you see Heather, be warned, you will be ripped off!
