Honestly, unless you're drunk or it's dark, you'll know the difference. Both the look and the feel are different. Not better or worse, just different.

In terms of look, the labia are usually much more pronounced, while the inner lips are less so.

I've attached a couple of links to views of post SRS ladies. Each surgeon's work and procedure is a little unique, as are each lady's physiological response. In some cases there will be quite a bit of scarring, while in others, almost none. In addition, vaginal depth varies by procedure and the amount of avaliable tissue for the vagioplastic procedure.
