Did you do the research meaning:
1) Google her number - try to find other adds other numbers on other adds, google them and so on to find other info.
2) Google her pictures - with the same intention as #1
3) Her reviews aren't that far apart, she has a couple a year for the last several years. The review scores are relatively consistent. She may not do this as consistently as others, there are many reasons why there is only a few reviews each year but not necessarily bad reasons.  
4) Read the reviews thoroughly, does what you find seem like she would be a good fit for you or not? If there are more than a couple things you do or you don't find appealing, that may be telling you if it's a good fit or not.  
5) For example are you looking for kissing and cuddling, someone younger and attractive that's very passable, are you looking for a top, bottom or verse girl and so on.  
6) Are more you looking to see if she's legit or more how she may interact and perform with you? The more you can define what your not just looking for but exact what your fantasy is, the more you can find providers that can get you there....

I wouldn't worry about spaced out reviews, specifically with TS providers.  If her reviews line up with what you are looking for then go for it.  A plus is that she offers FT to verify her looks.
