Even if you’ve been living under a rock on another planet, you know the new administration is no friend of the LGBTQ+ community. Sad that  in this day and age ignorance is alive and well, and a group that’s contributed so much to world culture throughout the ages still faces discrimintaoin. But not in Boston…

Outside the NYC-Washington locus, the city has little federal influence and a history of  openly defying federal government mandates. Recently the feds ordered picking up about 300 illegal Massachusetts aliens, and the state delivered only 15.   So no worries about LGBTQ+ discrimination from above. And no worries about discrimination from the rank and file. Remember that  Boston has more colleges per capita than anywhere in the world (yes, true, you can confirm this on CharGPT), so of course is as enlightened as anywhere. The city is completely open to the LGBT+ lifestyle and welcomes the community. The South End is largely gay and of course the most vibrant and stylish area of the city.

So if the area in which you live is backward, and getting moreso, get the hell out of there and come here. We’ll welcome you with open arms…
