There's more and more scammers all the time, but they seem to max out 2 times a year; after Halloween through the end of the year and around Valentines Day through April. Why did you know, right now in Chicago alone there’s several famous pornstar/onlyfans girls? Based on the linked ads I'm also noticing that the phone numbers are being rotated through different fake provider ads.
I have a burner account on Twitter/X and I follow all of these TS porn stars. IMO it's a good way to identify the bs when you see ads like these fake ones pop up.
It's definitely scamming season or this is the new NORMAL. TS Escorts is carrying the largest amount of scammers fakes and phonies. For Chicago there used to be 3 to 3 1/2 pages of ads just 3-4 months ago, now there's 5 pages. There's also more ads on TS4Rent but Eros seems to be about the same. Recent travels I saw a lot of trans pornstars/OF girls pics being used as providers under different names etc. If it looks too good to be true, walk away or ask for some help here...

A lot of bullshitters and scammers. There are a lot of people trying to juice traffic to only fans and a lot of obvious scammers looking for horny guys to send them money. I'm seeing it with CIS and TS girls. Verification badges mean jack shit. A dead give away is price. If a girl is cheap but looks like a supermodel then you need to run.

Other sites any better at it? In my neck of the wood, the main alternative is ts4rent. Compared to tsescorts, ts4rent usually has fewer listings, but if tsescorts is inflated with fake ads, perhaps that's an invalid comparison. But I doubt that any escort mall would turn down listing fees and only remove egregiously and demonstrably fake ads at best.
In any case, these days I'm just not doing any sort of TOFTT. TER reviewed only.

I don't think any of the provider sites do much of anything to confirm who is posting various pictures, as long as they're paying for an ad. While TS Escorts seems to have the most fakes, the fakes on TS Escorts use popular trans pornstars and OF girls. You don't see many of them that make it onto TS4Rent or EROS. The bigger problems with TS4Rent and EROS is the girls posting in multiple cities that they're not even in or going to, so they can direct more people to their OF pages.
I’ll take providers trying to direct me to their sites over fake ones trying to set up dates and get deposits. At least you find out early on what their intentions are with the site promoters. Tryst is a good site but unfortunately not a lot of trans providers use it. I’ve seen girls say that Eros is expensive to post on, so I assume that’s why it usually only has end girls on it and career OF promoters.
I have a love/hate with the traveling to option on TS4rent. I find it useful for planning and/or scheduling early with girls I have a rapport with, but at the same time there are too many promoters. A filter option for only “in town” would be nice.

Similar to "VIP rate" except an ad listing dual prices without specifying any difference in service is NOT useless. They indicate greater possibility upselling during session or sub-standard service if only the regular price is paid.

But do people actually fall for ads like these? One of them has the same price for incall and outcall, another has only 50 difference between in/outcall but mentioned that they do bareback (red flag even if real!) and anal as if something other than anal was an option , and the most believable one (I use that term generously) has clearly doctored photos and the video looks like a different girl. I’m all for pointing out fakes but these are just so obviously fake.
I use a combo of the following for providers with no reviews in terms of determining legitimacy:
- Google the number
- Check if linked social media is real
- When reaching out don’t mention what city I’m in. Some will ask for your zip code or city and then surprise they happen to be very close!
- No deposits
- FaceTime (not pictures) verification
I’ve come across a scam that is almost exclusively on TSescorts. These ads are worded like real ads, and it’s only after asking some basic questions that something seems off. They will give you an address right out of the gate that is legit, but then when you mention you will be using cash they say they only accept digital payments and to get an Apple gift card on the way if you don’t use digital payments. The pics in the ads are usually Asian women and have a telegram in addition to number under contact. When you ask to FaceTime verify they say how about a picture expecting you to ask for them to hold up any combo of fingers, and when you ask for anything other than that they say “how about a peace sign”. I don’t know what the endgame is but be careful since the prices seem reasonable and the pics are hot but not too good to be true hot.
I don't think anyone here is every really being rude, simply being upfront and brutally honest which is fine and helpful. YES, there are more fakes and scammers among trans escorts compared to genetic providers. But I believe part of that is due to guys being more easily duped by them. Yes, guys are falling for the obviously fake ads posted. The fantasy vs reality ratio seems more off balance with trans women and guys end up thinking with the little head more than the big one. The fantasy of what someone may see in porn vs what they experience is often a much bigger gap with trans. She wasn't as feminine as I thought, her voice was too manly, her hands were too big, she had some facial hair, she couldn't get hard, she was too dominant and so on.
Not understanding their own fantasy often is a big problem too. Don't see a bottom girl becasue she looks more feminine if you're looking for a top girl. Don't see a top girl if you're looking for a nice sweet girl to be your bottom. Don't forget the embellishment factor; it's more common trans providers will be more masculine looking, their body may also be that way and they're probably 1-2-3" inches less in size than advertised, that's all common place. Keep in mind that outside of sex work, it's much more difficult for a trans person to make a living. So if they're working from their home/apartment don't expect a beautifully appointed place.
As trans porn has grown, the fantasy to be with trans has also grown. Again the fantasy vs reality ratio seems to be out of balance. Guys not really understanding what they want, when they get there and get down to it, in addition to the growing amount of fakes and scammers are both growing problems. Do the research and try and contribute to sites like these with reviews and input or leave the hobby.
