Definitely frustrating, but I have seen it before. The ONLY SB I ever reported and saw banned took me for $700, after 3 non-BCD dates. This was around 2014, while I was still just a Padawan SD. She'd been telling me a sob story about an ex who had followed her to San Jose, CA from Dallas and she was scared he'd try to hurt her.  She finally "agreed" to go BCD but asked for extra allowance so she could pay a deposit on a new place and move asap to safety.  

 
When we got to my apartment, she claimed she was nervous about being scammed (since her ex had done that) and insisted on getting her cash in advance. I took her to the bedroom and put the cash in her hand. While I was dropping my shorts, she "got a call" and said it was her boss. She stepped out my front door to take the call and left me hanging for 10 minutes. Finally, she texted me and said she couldn't go through with getting paid for sex. I told her, ok just give me my cash back and I'll take you home... Yeah, she had already walked off the property.  

 
Pissed as hell, I took screen shots of all her texts from the time we had our 1st message and sent all of them along with a detailed write up to SA Admin.  They replied the next day that her profile was shut down and she would not be allowed to return. And, BTW, Herb, you are shit out of luck for the 7 Benjies  - you fucking idiot. (Ok, they did not actually say that last part, but I could still here it in their tone.)  

 
I moved on, lessons learned (and this particular incident documented in a post here about 2 years ago), and found new sweet pussy to love.   About 2 years after all this, she messaged me from a new profile; new name, new pics, new text, and different local location. She had the fucking gall to ask if I wanted to meet and "try again"! I told her the only way I'd ever consider meeting her was if she delivered 7 BBBJCIMWSNQNS (Bareback BJ, Cum in Mouth With Swallow, No Quit, No Spit) and returned all of my cash.  For some unknown reason she did not reply... :p  

 
But I learned then that reporting, and having a SB banned were a waste of time and effort and just brought unwanted attention on me by SA Admin.  

 
So my suggestion is to just ignore her and move on.  If you insist on punishing her, take all your docs and file a complaint with the local PD Vice division... which as I'm sure you will agree, is problematic in the extreme, but has a chance to result in her getting questioned by a detective (which MAY scare the piss out of her), and an even lower chance of getting her arrested, and still lower chance of her being convicted. Meanwhile the investigating officer and perhaps a junior DA will know far more about you and your business than you ever want them to know.

I suspect SA Admin won't take any action unless her new profile did something that violated SA policies. I doubt SA has the ability to screen for the same pics on different profiles (one of which is disabled).  

Attempting to kidnap your dog is plain loco. Glad you and the dog made it of this arrangement safely.
