No, it does not mean you are going to get laid. Unless you negotiate for that before or during (or after) your date. And by "negotiate" I mean offer her additional "incentive" (WYP calls the cash payment for the date "incentive").
Having said that, yes. Many, perhaps as much as 75%, of the profiles on WYP can be found on Seeking. They may be using different names, or even other info (age, location, text, etc.). But generally, at least one pic will be on both profiles. Some WYP profiles will include text that alludes to her desire for a sugar relationship. WYP removed the "dating objective" check box for Sugar several years ago.
Here's some strategies to use when searching WYP:
It is pointless to offer more than $100-125 ($150 at the MOST) as first date incentive. The POT can set a suggested start amount, and way too many are suggesting several hundred dollars for single, platonic date. It is insane to offer $300, $400 or more simply to watch her stuff her face with an expensive steak or drinks. The good news is that you can offer as little as $50 and she can counter. In the last 2 months I have made 3 offers of $125 to POT's that had a start ask of $200-$400. All were accepted. But that just gives you the ability to spend credits (about $10-25 depending on the incentive amount) and open communication with her. Once you open comms you can exchange contact info and then discuss date details like location, day and time.
The results of my three POT's? The first was probably an out of country scammer who insisted on advance payment. The 2nd was the crazy chick minor Porn Star I posted about a few days ago. And the 3rd will be meeting me on Friday for a 2nd date - wine tasting. She wants to establish some more rapport before discussing any kind of hook up topics, and I'm going to give this until a 3rd date (2nd and 3rd are unpaid) to see if I can convert to BCD.
Juan, please share your experiences with us here. WYP in my geo location has maybe 10% of the active profiles that Seeking has. And far too many of those have serious GPS vibes. I mean what woman who really wants to meet a guy will ask for more than a mid-tier hooker rate just to meet for a coffee?
The bottom-line difference is that with WYP you must front-load some expense in the form of the "incentive" payment. If the result is a solid Sugar Relationship at a manageable allowance amount, that $100-ish investment will mean nothing. But if it doesn't happen, you are risking a moderate loss from failed dates.
And be aware: some women on WYP are what I can only call "professional daters." They aim to book 3 to 5 lunch dates as week, with no intention 2nd dates, let alone going BCD. The math says it may be a good gig:
4 dates a week at $125 each =
16 dates at month =
$2,000 in unreported cash income.
Plus, she will not have to buy food for 16 meals a month.
That could easily cover most if not all of her rent payment, without ever sucking dick for pay.
