You contradicted yourself in the first and last paragraph. In the first you state that your view of what is long differs than others. Then in the last you admit your posts are longer and drawn out.
Regardless, look at the length and amount of paragraphs you write compared to others. You may have some good things to say, but if you aren't concise and come quickly to a point you are going to lose people.
