Question about being Busted

So here's the quickie (no pun intended) on what happened:

Saw a CityVibe ad while in LV. Checked and cross referenced the provider's info and found many positive reviews on TER. Gave a call, she was shopping and told me she'd be ready as soon as she got home.

I was given address to an apartment and told to call again once there for door #. I guess I was off guard on this night because once there, I called and a man picks up in a very disguised and deliberate asian accent. I figured he to be the guy in charge and didn't think much of it. Was asked if I wanted "massage of sucky-fucky", again my guard was down and I replied with option B. (It slightly dawned on me that what service I wanted and the price was straightforward and never shoulda been discussed...duh)

Once inside, I'm busted by 5 officers. The girl is in handcuffs on the floor in the living room. I'm put into handcuffs under the threat of a stun gun and was humiliated, interrogated and much more. The lead guy kept trying to get me to admit I knew what I was doing there, I insisted massage and plead ignorance of course. He would answer her non-stop ringing cell phone and disguised himself to entrap more johns.

They run a check on me for warrants etc...I come out clean and they let me off with a warning. As I was pulling away in the parking lot, I saw them put her in the cruiser to take to the station.

This has made me wary of incalls with even established providers, especially in the Vegas area.

But my main concern is this: Is there some sort of record on file for my temporary arrest? Would it show up in background checks/etc...?

I'm sure some of you have experienced something similar or know a little something, please enlighten....

Peace

but the fact you insisted on innocence may have saved you.  Nevertheless, it appears they could have busted you and made it stick.

Here's a good cautionary tale for those who think it can't happen even when you use a well reviewed provider.

If someone other than her answers her phone (and she had not warned you previously about that), hang up and split.

If you do come face to face with LE, dummy up!  It's your right.  Don't fall for the old "Just cooperate fully and we'll let you go." routine, that's how they make their lives easier by getting you to 'fess up.  It's their job to make arrests and the more they make, the better they look.  On the other hand, difficult prosecutions where it takes lots of hard work to get a conviction are of little knowledge to them.

By the way, you should post the name of the provider on the LV board to warn others of her current status, although the horse is out of the barn by now anyways.

Some say otherwise but I say that LV seems like the toughest town, LE-wise, there is.

Who was it? I'm a Vegas guy and have never come across anything like this, but with asian operations you have to be careful.

Since they didn't take you in and book you, there will be no record of it.

It won't show up on a background check, the only time your name would come up would be if someone is reading the report for this specific case and reads the police officers entry into your questioning.
