Personally, I think their examples of risk taking are unimaginative.  How about risking your chances of survival with an 8 hour appointment with 4 porn stars (or vice versa)?  It would've made for more interesting research.

An attractive guy normally is tracked around the room by other men when there are women present. When a woman does make a move on the attractive guy, an SO or "friend" pull her away fast.

this makes me think of is what things a man does in his daily routine that's NOT designed to attract the opposite sex.  Would you really drive that car, wear that suit, watch that movie if you weren't trying to please a woman?  I'm guessing that just before I entered the hobby about 60% of the things I did outside of work were strictly aimed at attracting women.
