I have no interest in paying someone to sleep. I also look and feel awful in the morning and am better off left alone. Nor do I want to see anyone with Bed Head and Morning Breath.
That said, the requirements you list seem reasonable for those who want this service.

splurging on an overnight provider date expect a scenario like you describe.  It's going to be playtime until both of you have run out of steam and need a rest.  Otherwise, what is the point of staying overnight and paying to watch her sleep?  If a provider wants 7 hours of sleep in a 12-hour overnight for which she is charging for 12 hours, why not just book a two-hour session at 9:00p, then book another two hours in the morning.  This way, both parties would get MOST of what they want out of an overnight.  I would not consider a provider offering an overnight session on condition of a certain minimum number of sleep hours.  I think the way you approach this will more likely result in a happy customer who would repeat the experience.

Some guys want the girlfriend experience of having warm body in bed cuddling overnight. Some guys just want the sex. Expectations just need to be aligned so both parties have a good time.

I love them, when the person I'm with is someone I genuinely like being with.   They are pricey, but some providers price themselves so that it is affordable for me.

 
One thing I really like is not worrying about the clock, and having time to just relax and enjoy the time.    I live alone, so I'm also able to cook a meal for us which I love doing.
