I think some of the reviews of the "she came 3 times, and that was just while we were chatting on the sofa" ilk are bound to induce cynicism.  However, I don't think you could do this if you didn't find it physically pleasurable, it would be horrible and it would show in your approach to the craft.  So, to answer your question, yes, I do think most providers "get off" during the encounter.

None have with me...though once a provider did tell me that the sound I "mistook" for snoring was actually the sound she makes when she has an orgasm.

I wont let the guy leave until I get off. Im not in this business for nothing... If I want to just lay there and fake an O then Ill just stay home and do my SO.... Ill admit I have a 98% success rate with my clients and a mere 33% success rate with my SO. Why is that?  Is it more exciting, new, mysterious? Dont know, dont care, its fun and good excercise. There have been a few times when a guy (1 x a girl) had to really work but I help out.. (exception would be a SO but thats different I know we can try again later and plus Ive been there done that and i know I can have that whenever I want) Ive always been under the impression that the whole reason for having any encounter was to achieve an O... If thats not the case someone needs to let me know.  Just like someone said above I dont think a women can be in this business and not enjoy these encounters.

Reminds me of a bet I lost to a very good friend. The wager was that the winner to pick the so called punishment. Well my punishment ended up being that this person could do anything he wanted to and no matter what I was not allowed to have an O or like it so he proceeds doing numerous things and needless to say I earned more "punishment". I think you should all try it. Its really hard to fake NOT having an O when your having one.. But it was fun... I wonder where he is.......  Sorry I talk A LOT..

When I am with a provider or even an SO... and we do the deed, yes, even bizzar people do da deed...   There are a  number of things that females do when they have an o.... If you are at all experienced you will have discovered some of them! Some of them are physiologic and you will see, feel smell the results!  Do ALL providers have an o with me? no Some have and Oooooooh.....  But most have an o.  One even stopped me and said, I can't go on right now because I am too sensitive....  let me tell you that is quite  a rush, did we continue, yes, after she caught her breath... Have I been with some providers that do not O!?  YES.  Would I see them again, some I would and some I would not!  

IMHE....  this differentiates the professionals from the civvies... the pros know how to enjoy this stuff- they can control it - and they know how to "loose control" while "controlling it...   confused, you won't be after next weeks thrilling episode titled "Lex Leuthor and Bizzaro Superdude Vist Australia to see the lovely Bond....   Emma Bond"  I love her name -- giggle...
