When a guy's erection just won't go down despite his "dry coming" or a wad blown and hours upon hours of insane action, you get a clue... lol.
Usually people make it known. What I hate is if someone's been using drugs (bleh!) and doesn't mention it and you start to think after an hour why isn't it going up and then they confess doing something. ICK! Not for me! (I'm not into the drug people!)

I think it really does depend on how badly he needs it. From my experience. If the person holds back....it is next to impossible for him to finish when he finally wants to. It's like...if you hold back...then that's ur only chance.
My ex took V once. What a nightmare. He held back. 2 days later he was still trying to rub one out, cause i had long given up on helping him....and he wore a whole in his penis.
Guys don't get scared. My EX was not normal. This does not happen in most cases.
ONLY take it if you REALLY need it. Don't take it if you want to perform like you did 20/30/40 yrs ago.
Sometimes all the other stuff is more fulfilling anyways. And if you are still going for it look into natural vitemins that help with it instead of perscriptions first.
