Is to walk everyday at least 20 minutes. It makes a world of difference and will make you feel good. Do it first thing in the morning before it gets too hot.

Where I live I can sometimes walk to a incall  in 15 minutes 1 direction. Coming back home going up the hill I get tried sometimes after the session lol.

Two 20 minute daily walks, sometimes longer. Weekly walks to the park, monthly trips to forest preserves and state parks; my small beer gut would be in full Buddha belly mode if it wasn’t for them.

Great advice. I walk miles everyday. I just moved to AZ & ran miles in the morning it’s beautiful. Get outside.
