irst off, Please be kind when answering. I am looking for solid advice, not to have my feeling hurt while trying to come up with a solid solution.  

With that being said, I have been a provider for over 10 years. I stopped taking provider references about 7 years ago. My method of screening has been purely real world information only. I find it harder now than previous for ladies to return provider references in a timely manner. That method of screening also takes more time for me to do that simple real world information. For many people this is not a problem. As a majority of my clients prefer not to disclose who they have previously seen. I do make exceptions to this rule when gentlemen have seen close friends as I trust them with my safety.  

My question is would you see a provider that charges more for you to screen with provider references, without real world information, and you were allowed to use a hobby phone. Also with the added stipulation that the appointment had to be an outcall. Please remember I am in Las Vegas and outcall is far more prevalent here than Incall.  

This way those that want to see me can still get an appointment within their comfort level and I am compensated for my extra time  as well as stepping out of my comfort zone.  

So what this would come down to would be two separate set of rates. One for those that screened my preferred method and a higher rate with contingencies for those that wanted to be more anonymous. Do you think this could work?

The idea behind wanting to charge more for a less intrusive screening method sounds counterproductive.

It's like you are saying that your safety can be bought?!

If the less intrusive way makes you more money just make that your standard and just always charge 1 price.

Clients hate it when we feel like we are being up charged.

I have always looked at hobbying as just that, a hobby.  P411 has always worked fine for me, except for a couple of ladies who wanted more.  So needless to say, those were a no-go.  I don't know about most hobbyist or clients that don't mind giving up all the real world info, but I ask ladies that want this info why?  Are you willing to give me your real world info in return?  Also two separate rates seems a lot like up-charging IMO, which I hate.  I have never understood giving up valuable information that can be used to blackmail you for a one of two hour session and a couple of pops.  

So you will agree to a date w/o real world info, and allow a client to use his hobby phone for a higher rate?  Does getting the higher rate make you feel more safe?  As I see now your current rate for the hour is $450 correct?  I for one would just move on, again, if P411 doesn't do it for you then it just isn't meant to be, but everyone is not me so idk.  But for some maybe they would prefer that option.  

I can fully understand where you are coming from. I personally always re-screen clients that I haven't sent in a long time. As people can change as well as their habits.  

This isn't a matter of screening can be bought it's a matter of what I feel safe with. I personally don't feel safe having people in my Incall that I don't have there real world information. Also me contacting references is time consuming and keeps me from other tasks. So if you are choosing  what is convenient  for you then I can be compensated for that convenience as it's not for me.  

This is really just hypothetically as currently my schedule is busy as it is.

So the hobby phone and the higher rate is because of the time it takes me to reach out to ladies to do reference checks. Even if a gentleman has p411 we still have to take time to reach out to ladies.  

The reason for being anti hobby phone is there has been a huge uptick of gentlemen assaulting ladies. Before it was something that you heard of every once in a while. Now on twitter I see daily where a lady is cancelling her tour because a client assaulted her. The world seemed a whole lot less scary in the early 2000s in this hobby. I didn't fear as much as a provider to be "stealth" or even assaulted.

Great post. I require a $15 vetted tribute to be considered. I have to pay to verify real life information & my time is not free. I hear people tell me it should be higher it takes time to screen a potential new friend. I have never required references. I will accept a reference from my twin. I definitely think this is an important issue for those who care about their safety & who they choose to share their energy. If it takes more time to verify, it should require a token of appreciation.

I have been here for quite a few years, and have always been fine with references and a verification service. I will not share my RWI/PII with an internet stranger or create an electronic trail to an (ostensibly) illegal activity without plausible deniability. It's not that I believe a lady is out to extort or out me; it's that there are scenarios where that data can be intercepted and it is out of both our hands.  

 
If, as you say, assaults have increased - that has occurred in a world where the use of RWI/PII has INCREASED. I do not believe that this info makes anyone safer. The data seems to contradict that, IMO. References and verification services served as effective and at least equally safe screening methods for 20 years or more.

 
All that being said, I would consider a small token fee for screening in my preferred way if:

 
* The lady was well-known (I know I am not being scammed)
* The lady is reviewed on reliable boards (I know what I am getting, considering YMMV)
* Her rates were not already stratospheric (in which case asking for a fee seems petty)

I only provide personal identifying information in one circumstance, and that’s when a lady is coming to my residence in Vegas for an outcall. I live in a high security community in a high rise with its own dedicated security. So the lady needs my name and address to get into the community. And, to get into the community the guest/lady has to provide security at the gate with their drivers license (and that information is uploaded to my unit’s webpage to which I have access). I also get a text with her name when she gets through the gate. So in that case we both have one another’s real name. And we both have something to lose if the date goes off the rails. I’m good with that.

Other than that I don’t give out my personal identifying information to providers. If my 14 year presence on TER with 100+ reviews and multiple whitelists aren’t enough then we don’t do business. No hard feelings, but if mutuality of risk isn’t fair for her then I move on.

Just asking, but If a client has P411 (with a decent amount of Okays) and an extensive review history, then why/how does that take an excessive amount of time to screen?  I understand the scare of assault, but it just seems like providers are finding ways to squeeze more and more money out of clients.  And the bad apples are making the good guys have to jump through hoops just to set a date with a provider they'd like to see.  If it isn't deposits, it's a screening fee (on top of what we already pay to go through a screening service as well as VIP access for TER), or hobby phones (which allow us to have the ability to play in this hobby).  Some time ago, maybe 2-3 years there was a local lady here in Hampton Roads that was assaulted by a client that she had known for 10+ years and saw regularly.  Would your up-charge/screening fee solve that issue?

...with a reasonable change in the rate structure.  I also am not opposed to sending a gift to a reference source that has gone out of her way to help me have some fun.  Although it is rare for me to send a deposit, I'm not opposed to this either.  I do have a budget and have a comfortable spending level but I will add that the money spent is the least of importance when I'm making my decisions on where to seek out fun.

I think $15 is very reasonable and had no problem with it.

I would assume this phrase would apply to Google Voice numbers as well as any pre-paid phone services?

 
The use of MVNOs is very prevalent nowadays - I use Mint Mobile. I pay up-front for a year and save almost $80/month compared to what I used to pay with AT&T. So what happens in a case like mine? That IS my real phone but it wouldn't meet your requirements?

I agree. I have p411 with tons of okays and it wasn’t enough for a potential meeting. Not worth my time and I guess not worth hers .
