There are some girls I have seen that have great reviews but look horrible in person. Conversely I have seen others whose reviews were not great, but they have really good and much better looking then described. This leads me to think some reviews are not accurate.

Has anyone had an experience where the providers pictures look great but when you see them in person they do not look nearly as good? I have had that a few times recently the provider was really nice and I didn't mention it to her, but I won't see her again cause of this. Again not sure wether to write a review or not. She did perform well and was sweet, but on the other hand I went to see her cause of the pics. Just wondering if others have had this happen

Advertising involves putting the best forward, so you have to expect that, at least occasionally. That is why you need to look both at the website and recent reviews.

Your call whether or not to write the review. As long as it is truthful, none can criticize.

Have you ever bought a frozen dinner at the supermarket, and looked at the depiction of the dinner on the package, then compared it with the actual contents?

It's sort of like that many times.

You have to recognize that this is a business, and that marketing is the name of the game.

Not that all girls' pics are like this (Some gals who are beauties use god-awful photos too.), but some common sense has to be applied in order to be a smart shopper.

As for a review, yes please do write one being sure to make all the points that you related above

First, I can safely say for myself and probably a good portion of other ladies, that we do try to represent ourselves accurately in our photos. However, that doesn't mean that we are always going to look exactly as we do in our pictures for two main reasons.
1. When looking at professional photos, bear in mind that a good portion of us have had our hair and makeup professionally done for these and spent a lot of time choosing just the right outfits. Along with that, the photographer provides just the right lighting, atmosphere, so on and so forth. These are things that just simply aren't available every day in every situation.

2. As the others stated, marketing. . . The whole saying we've all heard a million times about first impressions is something that, at least personally, I think of when choosing pictures to post. While they're accurate photos, I'm still going to put my best look out there as I know that it's a big factor when a hobbyist is choosing a provider.

All of that being said, in your particular situation I would base it on just how much of a difference there was in appearance and review accordingly. It's what I would honestly expect to happen if I portrayed myself differently than I actually am.

It's not that it wasn't her in the pictures but she was much heavier in person. So to me the pictures are misleading. I do understand pictures are touched up and ladies are showing the best shots, however there should not be a huge descrepency.  Agian she was nice and still ok looking so I didn't say anything because what good would that do

As long as you accept it, it will continue to occur. If you were not pleased with what was behind the door, you should have politely declined and walked out.

Solo mis dos centavos.

That's understandable,, but I don't think that was the case here. The photos should be an accurate representation of what the provider looks like NOW. Not 5 years and 20 pounds ago.

The editing of the photos is out of the girl's hands... Typically, it's the photographer's fault for editing too much and the girl just forgot to mention to only do minimal retouching. -_-"

You are the customer and the photographer works for you. Accepting what he/she sends without previewing and asking him/her to fix it, is your responsibility, not his/hers.

If the photos are badly processed but she uses them anyway.. its HER fault...
noone forced her to use any particular pics.

...of course this does not apply to agency girls who have their shoots arranged for them and ageny running their ads... for them it's out of their hands

OK
I can't add an alias to my DNS list. Could you have your editor PM me your handle?

You should perhaps mention it to her via PM the next day.

Just don't try booking her again after you tell her that her ad pictures did not lead
you to believe how fat and old she actually is.

If I'm interested in meeting someone, I try my best to find candid photos and/or non-candid photos that are not heavily photoshopped.  I personally dislike heavily photoshopped photos very much.  If a lady only has heavy photoshopped photos, then I move on because it's almost false advertisement.  This is not to say, that the same woman isn't a knockout in real life but I just don't know (and it's not worth dropping several bills to take that gamble).  Heavily shopped photos is almost like looking at a painting or a cartoon.

Luckily it's not hard to find candids a lot of the times.

So to bring it back to the OP, it happens and it happened more back when I first started, when I was less thorough in my researching.  I agree it's a great disappointment, because you've looked forward to it all week and you are dropping your hard earned dough.  So it's definitely worth the extra effort in research or simply passing on a gamble.

You can always abort your mission as well, if you don't like who you see behind the door, or who shows up at yours.

I can recall being a young man who couldn't wait to get laid for the first time. There were plenty of young ladies who I could have been with, who I wasn't attracted to. I waited until I found one that was in my opinion aesthetically pleasing, at least that's how I remember it.

It sucks for the girls who are cute and have real pictures because they start to think everyone is fake or to good to be true.. but that's why it's great to have review boardsession where reviews for great providers who look like their pics,,  but sometimes guys will swear that the girl is not the girl in the pics but they are. Sometimes lighting and angles can make things appear differently larger smaller or brighter lol

Not sure if you will review!? You are part of the fucking problem if you don't review and mention the picture issue. Fuck over everyone else huh? You deserve whatever comes your way if you let bad photos slide.

Most people expect that the photos won't be one hundred percent accurate. Common sense and a minimum amount of research. Like comparing the ladies pictures, to her listed stats can often provide you with a realistic interpretation of what to expect.

There is no reason that another client should have to hold your hand while you choose which provider you want to see.

So whats TER for? We all know the picture of the Big Mac isn't going to look like the Big Mac we get at Milky D's, but if I get a single cheese burger instead of the Big Mac I'm going to be pissed if they say its a burger when I complain, and I'm going to write a Yelp review about the false advertising at that location.  That's not hand holding. Its just smart.

FatVern270 reads

I'm sympathetic to your point of view, and wouldn't say you are wrong. I just don't put much credence in peer reviews, where ever I find them.

For fun, look up the definition of the word "yelp"

Yelp allows a rebuttal. So some trick posts something untrue and the lady spends time trying to convince TER admin it was false yet sometimes it stays...hey it's the review system and it is what it is.

BTW I am not a proponent of false advertising OR a retaliation review but both happen. AND he got the Big Mac, just not like the image of the Big Mac that the ad company uses. You are talking about two different items.

Not really ... two buns, delicious meat, nice sauce, satisfying ... (can you tell I don't eat there?)

Twice the provider was a good ten years older and 20-30 pounds heavier than indicated in the photos on her website and the age in her profile. On reviewing both, I scored accordingly. One provider managed to get my review pulled.

Another provider I'd seen before had gained weight since the first time I'd seen her. I mentioned it in the review but still gave her a good review. She's still attractive, and I like her very much.

My favorite doesn't look anything like the photos on her site. She's changed a lot in the six to eight years since the photos were taken. She looks good, but in a different way.

It's reached a point where I'm assuming that the provider will not look like her photos, unless her reviewers mention that she looks just like them or better.

A lot of providers post candid selfies on a Twitter account that don't include the "Aldo" makeover. Some obscure their face, but you get a much better idea of their real physical attributes.

Do your research, the reviews should tell you the truth.

They don't always. Both providers I mentioned earlier who were ten years older than their profiles and photos indicated, and were much heavier, have nothing but excellent reviews. They're rated 9/9 to 10/10. Posts in the regional forum from guys just talk about how beautiful they are.

How would you feel booking a date based on a photo that depicted a provocative act, only to find out that latter during the actually date the lady doesn't provide that service?

I would be pissed off and feel like I was duped.

lol, this probably happens more often than we think.

I see many threads complaining about inaccurate pics, but I can't recall seeing any threads about what I mentioned.
