For sometime now they have had very POOR customer service, when you call them consider yourself lucky if you call is answered in under 60 minutes.
My problems started with them awhile back when someone on another board was asking about the verification process. Back them they did require somesort of ID as oposed to a pic of you holding a sign with the date and acct number on it. I was one of a few who posted about this matter. I received a phone call shortly after threatening me with cancelation of my acct.
Last Wednesday, I sent the funds for my visiting ad and the receipt from pay-pal. Friday my ad was still not up and sent them another e-mail. It was still not up today so I sent them another e-mail. This time I posted my delima on a ladies forum asking if other's were running into the same problems.
I finally got a call back saying that they would have my ad up in 24 hrs. Ok happy, satisfied etc...Until i got a call from another staff member saying they were going to sever all ties with me and cancel my acct completely. They still have my money too.
I am not sure what to do at this point. I am now listed with cityvibe and USA ladies and can only hope that will generate the same amount of hits that eros did.
Can you believe they did this 3 weeks before Xmas? Call them Scrooge! They are the worst!

I know one of the traveling porn stars had paid for a banner advertising her appearance in SF. Two days before her appearance it had still not been posted. Not sure if it ever was posted.
On my last trip to DC they didn't have me ad up untill two days after I arrived and there where also some inncorrect rate and contact info on the ad. Then about a week or two ago when I toured in Vegas they posted a really old ad of mine instead of the new one I had submitted. They posted old pics, rates, e-mail, phone, no pager ... I was so mad... They fixed it, but who knows how many people saw all the incorrect info... Eros has gotten a very bad rep lately too. I have heard from several sources and a few clients that quite a few gils advertised there have pimps... something you may or may not want to associate with... In any case if anyone chooses to advertise there ....BE CAREFUL
I specifically told them that I was coming to New York on the 13th December for one week.
What did they do? They put up an advert saying that I would be there for a whole month! So I'm getting emails and phone calls asking for a date for tonight in Manhattan.. I'd love to come there tonight, but unfortunately, I'm in London still! and I can't simply get a cab over! lol.
I've emailed them several times to correct this mistake, and i've not even had one of those standard emails telling me they're dealing with my request. I suspect something is going wrong with Eros, because they were pretty reliable last year. Its a great shame, because its a very well put together website.

Just one man in L.A.s observation. Eros and Exotics have had the worst reps of the major malls, among us gents since I joined TER way back when. They may generated a lot of calls for you ladies but to both myself and the many guys I have talked with in person, via emails, or in the TER Chatrooms, the more reliable malls in this area are CityVibe, CitySource and ThatMall, from a buyers perspective.
Of course I have talked with gents in other regions of the country where this is not the case and these malls local entities have better reps. Might I suggest taking a poll of your regular clients and finding out their feelings on this from a local perspective.
These malls are businesses just like any other and will often change hands or staffing. Let's hope things change for the better, and soon.
