First, 1k an hour isnt cheap but it's also not that much more expensive to flex on a forum where many men pay for sex constantly.
Second, if a provider is new, expensive and has only one or two glowing reviews, there is a little alarm going off on my head. Now you said you checked the reviewers history but I generally don't trust profiles like this. Not saying it's fake review or bs profile, but there's a non-trivial chance it is.

Good points on flexing. But maybe it's a "weird flex but OK" or "odd flex but OK". I was going to agree with rocket because flexing is about showing off status in order to get the respect and approval of others. Most people don't openly brag about paying for sex, since it is usually considered low status. Telling people you paid $1,500 to hook up isn't exactly going to make people respect you. Then I realized/remembered that a lot of the high end escorts get paid to go to dinners and social situations in addition to the sex itself. The client won't tell people they are paying for it, but they will show off the girl they are with like she is a trophy date.
