Consider, instead, hiring a hacker to turn that site into a porn-site and THEN contacting Yahoo.
If Yahoo notices, they will take those down, and faster than they will this one.
They knock them off on regular basis and then all the girls whine and complain that is was a local competitor that did it.. LOL
I have never read such a crock in my life. It never ceases to amaze me the lengths some people will go to in order to humiliate, harrass and destroy another person....in the name of God and His will.
And they wonder why so many people form their own underground societies to share opinions and desires. The nauseating wrath of so-called "Christians" makes my ass twitch.
One thing I can say that those insane pious, puritans cannot....I can look at my reflection in the mirror every morning of my life and KNOW I never hurt anyone intentionally or with outright malice. With that I am able to see myself reflected in my childs eyes with no regrets. Those morons cannot.

Seems to be a short term result of that "expose" which played on KMOV last week.
I notice so far the site has all of 75 hits, including maybe about ten or twenty from this link. I don't know how long it has been up, but I'm encouraged that this looks pretty pathetic. Maybe it will die by next week.
I thought that sooner or later the general public would notice the hobby, and not just for their extra thrill for sweeps month. It would be starting in my fine neck of the woods, too.
Maybe it will catch fire, maybe it won't. It will for the time being chill ladies in this area, who are hard to find anyway.
I'm not too afraid. In the long run fundamentalist groups have more to lose bringing ladies into the light than ladies and hobbyists do in general. That might seem a strange statement to make, but they will expose their own membership to "temptations" they would never otherwise expose themselves to, and meanwhile shaming good women is going cause some nausea among their members, too.
However, if they have the emotional momentum to press this, it could get bloody in the meantime.
And I'll be looking for ways to bloody their noses. >:-}>

Have her forward the email addresses from these harassers to others in the hobby, and we could send them escort, porn, atheist links and what have you. Maybe we could convert them. They definitely wouldn't otherwise be exposed to it.
spamming may not be the best plan for anybody.
This particular site seems fairly low volume, low traffic, and not necesarily motivated by religion - could be any sort of anti-escort motive, like a real-estate dealing divorcee with who knows what sort of complex - yes, it could be one of Dobson's underemployed programmers, who knows. But email addresses take minutes to establish, and so it seems that flagging emails might be more useful than trying to bomb them.
Perhaps site security would be a better solution for the Maggies and TERs, so that a login would be needed to get more than basic data.
The lower profile, the less anybody has to talk about.
Another suggestion for the Maggies may be to learn from the glamour photographers, and give that appearance...
I get the feeling it was done out of personal revenge against the lady, or by a competitor to help eliminate and scare off competition.
It's way too personal. How would a religious zealot know providers' real names and addresses? And, I think a group of people trying to clean up the town would take more credit for what they're doing. They'd be so proud of themselves that they'd be bragging about who they are, and they'd want to recruit others to their cause.
Of course, I could be wrong, but those are some of my impressions. I probably wrote too much as it is. I hate giving this creep (or creeps) instructions on how to make it more believable.
I think it's really an anti-vice group, but it's a pathetic on in its early stages. I think this "group" was founded by some non-denom Christian after they watched a local "Expose" on one of the local news-stations last week. The timing and the language used her tells me that. They called themselves a "loosely organized group" I think that gives a hint to the truth of it.
I'm thinking you probably didn't view the site, Laurel. They didn't have any information about Maggie. She was their showcased target of the week. All they gave was her email address and some personal information apparently garnered from her blog and website. They invited volunteers to send her emails urging her to see the light and turn toward God.
They also gave her 72 hours to remove her Yahoo Group, Website, Blog and close down her email or they were going to try to out her. They then offered a $250 bounty for information that would enable them to do that, but then didn't give any contact information.
I'm thinking that to get that $250, they'd probably have to go to Payday Advance.
Unfortunately, I think it was real, Laurel, but on the bright side, these people couldn't take your advice on making this more effective anyway.
Only if they got organized by a major Christian group are they really scary. Unfortunately, that may still happen.

It is uplifting indeed that the Christian Right is holding the values of forgiveness and non-judgmental demeanor professed by their Lord and savior Jesus Christ so close to heart. I'm sure o'l JC is proud of their self righteous activism as well as their sadistic and mean spirited tactics.

I sent my own complaint to Yahoo, and it looks like the site is already down at least temporarily.
This particular effort looked to be very pathetic though. I mean, they didn't give you a contact, so you had no way to get in touch with them if you wanted to join, or if you had information on Maggie and wanted to collect your $250 bounty.
So, this pathetic, but ultimately, the general public is going to begin to notice the hobby on the internet, and once the well-funded Christian groups begin to organize this backlash, then things are going to get difficult.
It will be difficult, but the outcome might not be bad for hobbyists and trysters when it's settled.
