Yes, I have booked K-girls whose ads were on escortbook.com, over several years. But in early 2023, all K-orgs (at least in NorCal) were purged from escortbook -- I have a list of 30 or more. Since that time I have not used escortbook to book, so I can't speak to current conditions.
My memory is that all US based sites were removed from escort book in 2023 but international ones were left alone. It had something to do with legislation or enforcement, and so they wiped it clean until the coast was clear again. But then they've lost most of their US customers and the trust in site is gone if they can mass delete it all on a whim, so I think all that's left are the scammers.
