I've spoken with an HIV-specialty doctor at length on this topic.  He felt that the HIV-transmission risk for a blow job was infinitesimally small; likewise for DATY.  If that was a concern, your risk is mild at most.

So,  I offered BBBJ, and became very popular. My reasoning was and is sound, but the market doesn't support it and we're in lawlessness so it's what's happening.
